For over 10 years Jose Orlando Briceno has been providing quality, personalized financial guidance to customers in Silicon Valley and the greater San Francisco bay area. We specialize in International Tax, Accounting and Financial Services. In response to the growth of trade and investment stimulated by globalization and free trade agreements we are expanding our operations to South America. Our Bogota office in Colombia will open in early 2012. We currently partner operations with local firms in other Latin American Countries.

Our firm specializes in rapid set-up of business operations to take advantages of nascent opportunities in Latin America. We have an experienced multilingual team skilled in petroleum, software, high-tech, manufacturing, wholesale-retail, financial and consulting enterprises. With intimate knowledge of local accounting and US GAAP, SOX, IFRS and AIS rules and principles we efficiently move your company ahead to full-scale operations.

We have mastered the process of integrating business cultures on both the North and South American continents. With this knowledge and business acumen, we are able to adapt to regional and global business requirements.

About Our Founder - Orlando Briceno - CPA - MST

Our Team

Jose Orlando Briceno is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed by the California Board of Accountancy, and holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. Orlando graduated as Public Accountant from Universidad Central in Bogota and completed a certificate in Top Management with emphasis in International Business at the ICESI University in Cali, Colombia His professional experience includes more than 25 years of success working as a financial executive, operation manager and corporate controller of local and multinational companies in Colombia, Brazil and the United States. Orlando started his carrier with Ernst & Young Colombia from where he left to work as Financial Director and Controller of Stanley Tools, Colombian subsidiary, and later promoted as Manager of Operations. He also directed local manufacturing and retailers companies in Colombia. Orlando came to United States hired by a printing supplier company in Philadelphia as director of Latin-American operations which transfer him to Sao Paulo Brazil where he established two subsidiaries. In 2000 Orlando moved back to United States. Over these years he has acted as financial advisor and tax preparer of individuals and corporations. He has also held leadership positions as CFO and corporate controller of high-tech, start-up and local companies.

This multicultural and cross border experience enabled Orlando to established a practice that works on a global setting with diverse rules, regulations and business practices to provide outstanding services to our clients.

Orlando is trilingual - Spanish, English and Portuguese.
